Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I was just served paperwork this morning and there are some temporary orders I don't agree with. They involve use of the one vehicle we own, who stays in the house, and who is the conservator of our children, and child support.
Do I have to follow what's on here if I don't agree? I know I need to file an answer soon and I will be contacting a lawyer this week. I'm just curious if I need to pack all my stuff right now and leave.

Unless your spouse filed and affidavit and got emergency orders (for example, claiming family violence), the only orders that you should have rceived should have been a temporary restraining order that is only good for fourteen days. A TRO cannot kick you out of the house or determine custody
You need to see an attorney immediately to make sure that there is nothing going on that you do not know about.
To answer your other question, yes, you are required to follow court orders until you get them changed, if you can.
