Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Served but no other response
I was served papers on child support. The other attorney has asked for '' Request of Production'' within a certain time frame. Am I bound to respond during this time frame though to my knowlage the judge has not require it of me?

Yes, you are required to respond. You can produce what is requested or object to each production request, but each objection must have sound basis. You should seek the assistance of a qualified attorney.
