do i need to service my spouse if i have a signed waiver from him in the state of texas?

I assume that the waiver was signed under oath.

I assume that the waiver was signed AFTER you filed the petition.

I assume that you filed the original of the waiver with the district clerk.

If you did all that ... no need to get him served.
