Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

When and how can you set aside a Divorce, and start over. It was a common law case in which I settled in 2006 under a rule 11 agreement and she keeps coming back for more. Can I set aside the divorce and start over.

The answer is, basically, you can't "start over." There is a highly specialized procedure called an equitable bill of review, but your situation almost certainly wouldn't qualify.

The only way to set aside your divorce would be to marry her again.
