when setting child support amounts and or back child support payments what do the courts take into account? do they consider dr. or health insurance payments on the non custodial father?

The court looks at your current, and last one to two years income. If you have health problems but still have an income, the court will still use that income just as in any other case. The court will also require you to pay health insurance premiums for the child, limited to 9% of your net income. This is in addition to regular child support.
