seventeen?

at the age of 17 can you notify your parent that you are leaving home, go to your other parents house in another town, and not be considered a runaway? and can you mom do anything to get you back?

Two separate issues here. You are no longer a runaway after you turn 17, and so cannot be forced to return home, and have not violated a law by leaving. HOWEVER, the court order between your parents is binding on each of them until you turn 18, (together with some other conditions). So, although you may not be a runaway, you may create issues between your parents as an enforcement/contempt of the court order. TCL
