same sex families
can an ex-spouse take children away from the parnet for being in--name removed--same sex relationship in tx? i would appreciate any info or even an idea of where to find it, thank you.

A same-sex relationship is not a per-se reason to remove a child. I have been involved in several cases like this -- and on both sides. Although this is a conservative area, the issue was, to my impression, of little consequence to the judge in all instances. In another jurisdiction, with different facts, it could become a major issue.
