Sex Offender Rules

My father is a registered sex offender who was recently released from prison. Since I am legally emancipated do the rules of age (18 years old) still apply to visiting my father?

I am assuming that you are younger than 18, although emancipated. The language of your parents' divorce decree probably addresses this concern. Email me directly, and I can give you further information.
