Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I share joint custody with my child's father and he has started bringing an audio recorder to his visitation sessions. I have to be present at his visitations for the first couple of years. I presently live with relatives and they refuse to allow any audio recorders in their home. What recourse do I have to prevent him from recording or do i just have to move the visitations to outside the home?

The folks you live with have the right to control what goes on in their home. They should tell him to leave all recording devices in his car. Let it be them doing the telling.
