Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Sibling Visitation Rights
When my parents divorced, I lived with my father for one year and decided to move in with my mother after that; leaving my two youger siblings. At first I was allowed to talk to them on the phone and see them when my mom did. However, some bad legal things has happened between them and that stopped. I would still like to have phone and physical visitation with them. I don't have a lot of money so I'm talking physical visitation only once or twice a year, just to see them. He has been mad at me every since I moved out and his new wife hates me, and when I expressed these concerns to him he told me that I couldn't talk to them on the phone or see them. I love them and I would like to be a part of their lives and for them to be a part of mine, is there anything that I can do?

You don't state your age or if the kids are your full or half-siblings. If they are your full siblings, your mother can ask for a modification regarding visitation with her other 2 children and you can visit them at the same time.
If the younger siblings are from a different mother, then your burden would be much harder.
I would suggest that you follow the advice of the other attorney that responded to your question.
Good luck!

Wow, I never thought I would give this advice. Contact Child Protective Services (CPS}. Give just enough info to be forwarded to a Social Worker. Hope for the best. Without money and without standing - parents have major standing siblings have minor - minor standing. any tiny thing you ever did in your youth will be held against you. Do what you can to let your siblings know that they are loved. Kids in jeopardy are not allowed by their captors to see how much the citizens of this country care. You have escaped - help your siblings.
