Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My three siblings and I were left with my father's house after his death, so we each have 1/4 ownership of the house. No one has lived in the house for several years, and now the youngest of our siblings is trying to move in to the house with some very "unsavory" characters. Do I have any legal ground to keep him from doing so?

Yes, the 4 of you are co-owners so you all have equal rights.

You need to hire a real estate attorney to assist you.

Possibilities include your sibling(s) can buy out your interest or you can force the sale of the house.
