What do I need to sign to sign away all parental rights?

You will need to sign a voluntary waiver/termination of parental rights and that waiver must be approved by a district court judge. But the Judge (but statutory rule) cannot approve the waiver just because the waiving parent doesn't want to pay child support.

I like Kenneth's answer.

The Judge can't make you see the kid but he can make you pay child support, carry health insurance and pay for 50% of his unreimbursed medical expenses.

If the kid is disabled, these payments can go on the child's entire life!!!
