Do I get something

if I sign a pre-nuptial agreement without the presence of an attorney and no attorney signed it (if it was signed later, i didn't know)is it valid? My husband puts all properties under a trust in which he is the sole trustee, if I get a divorce could I get something?

Pre nup probably not valid. Trust question depends on whether the property in the trust is community or separate. Just because you marry does not make property community. Spend some time with an attorney to discuss the whole picture (not the one that signed the pre-nup.
