Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I just signed a contrat for a job in Albuquerque, NM. My daughter lives in Marshall, TX. Will my ex-wife be required to drive her to an airport for visitation once a month or can she refuse to let her visit? Dallas is two hours away from where she lives, but it's the closest city with an airport that provides direct flights to Albuqerque on a regular basis.

It all depends on what your current orders say. They should tell you exactly when and where exchanges should be made. Your orders may or may not have provisions for long-distant travel. If not, then you can ask the court to implement them, but if you are the one moving away from your daughter, I wouldn't expect much; courts frequently put more of the burden on . I don't know where you currently live, so it is hard to evaluate.
