I signed a denial of paternity in may of 08, me the mother and pressumed father, now 3yrs after they have gotten a divorce im being sued and dragged in to court for a blood test and child support, how can this be done when it clearly states i am excluded from all this on the for i had signed, im lost can someone tell me whats going on and im going to hire a attorney if i need to.

The child was born or conceived during the marriage. That makes her husband the PRESUMED father, but not necessarily THE father. Your denial of paternity is just a conclusory statement from you that you DENY being the father, but it does not mean that you are NOT the father. So now the court has a mess on it's hands. Because the child is under the age of 4, if you are found to be the biological father of the child, you will probably be adjudicated as the father and ordered to pay child support.
