Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

If I signed a divorce decree that I knew I could not afford and now I cannot pay the vehicle payments that I said I would is there any way out of this. On top of this my ex-wife will not get insurance on this vehicle even though she is supposed to. How should I go about this? Is there any way to go back to court and either sell vehicle or cease the vehicle for her not getting coverage. You see I am paying the credit union for the vehicle and she is supposed to carry insurance on the vehicle.

Please advise

You can't go back and change the divorce decree. After 30 days, it is non-appealable.

Depending on the wording of the decree, you could possibly sue her for contempt (for not complying with the order).
