signed over rights in texas

I'm a divorced mother, and three years ago I signed an ''affidavit of relinquishment of parental rights'' because I was joining the military. Does this mean I have no rights, obligations (child support) or anything that concerns that child?

Only if there was an Order of the Court terminating your parental rights. Otherwise, you still have all parental rights and obligations - including child support for all the time that you have not paid child support.
