Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I signed over temporary guardianship of my daughter to my mother, step father, grandmother and grandfather while I finished school. Now that I am finished with college I want to move my daughter with my husband where my job is planning to relocate me ( I'm in Texas now and going to Michigan if that helps any) and my grandparents are refusing to allow me to move her. They say I signed over custody not temporary guardianship ( I have double checked all the paper work and it is temporary guardianship ) but because they don't want me to move her away they are refusing to sign her back over to me, stating that since they payed all of the previous lawyer fees that she is now their child. What can I do as her biological mother? I do have custody over her and her father signed over his rights when she was very little.

Based on what you have written, you need to go back to the Court which granted the temporary guardianship and have the guardianship suspended/terminated. You may want to consider consulting with a law firm to ensure that your rights and interests are fully protected.
