Singing over fathers rights...

The father of my 2 yr old wants nothing to do with his daughter she has no clue who he is or anything he does not pay childsupport or some see her or anything he just told me today to never call him or anything he wants nothing to do with my daughter now im trying to figure out how i can get him to sign over his rights so my husband can adopt her! witch she calls daddy and has been taking care of her since she was 3 months old!

You could sue him to terminate his parental rights and he might sign a waiver or you could present all the facts you recite. This could be done at the same time you petition for the adoption of the child by your husband. Good Luck.
