what if you are a single father(custodial parent) and she is suppose to pay child support and she doesn't and I let the kids go on a visit with her and she doesn't bring them back what can I do to get them back can the police help me at all

Yes, the police can help you - if they want to. Some police departments don't want to get involved.

Your remedy on the CIVIL side of the docket is to file an application for a writ of habeas corpus.

Child support has nothing to do with visitation.

I would have a certified copy of the court order with you at all times.

You can call the police, sheriff, constable in advance and ask them what they need in order to help you.

You do have the right to know her current address. It should be included in your legal paperwork that both of you are ORDERED to keep the other informed of where you live.

I definately have a problem if she picks the kids up and you don't know where she lives.

Writ of habeas corpus will work but costs money.
