Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am a single mother. My son is 2 yrs old and the father on his birth certificate isnt his biological father. I was wondering how to go about taking him off and getting his biological father put on.

You sue the real father for paternity. The Attorney General can do this for you for free.
