Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am single mother with a 4year old son. My son's father is not paying child support at the moment. We both have lawyers and are in the middle for setting up child support and Visatition. It has been going on for almost a year now and he still has not had to pay child support yet, he says he wont until all this is done. Can he not pay some kind of temp child support until everything is finished I only make less the $30,000 a year and he makes over $100,000 a year. How can I get help to take care of our son I pay $1,000 a month in child care alone. What do I need to tell my lawyers to do?

Talk to your lawyer!

You should have set up temporary orders where he was ordered to pay child support and even perhaps spousal support.
