Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Hello sir,

I am married since 7 years now,,and i am not living a peaceful life from day one.

We dont get along with each other on most of the things.

We have a son of 5 year old.

My husband will fight for silly things and will run away taking all the bank account money and closing the account and leaving nothing for me and kid..he is giving me extreame mental toutures and trapping me down..

Now he has run away with 33000 dollars which has my hard earnings too...I am just sick of my life.

Unfortunately, we hoped for a second child..thinking atleast the family responsibilities will keep us together..but he has again ran away with all the money and he is forcing me to abort the conception and threatening me that he will do it forcefully. I am really scared and struggling all alone. This time his parents have also clubed and torturing me and my 5 year old kid.

I am in a state that i can no longer save this marriage and that will not be safe for my kid either.

We both got arranged marriage under Hindu marriage law .

All i want to know..is if they file divorce(which i have prepared myself to face) what are the possibilities of child support and how will i be supported.

We got married on 2002 and since 2006 i have been earning too and giving him each and every penny...and now iam left with nothing.

They have all my Jewleries..all my earned money..every thing.

Please let me know how can i get justice.

You need to file divorce and ask for temporary orders. If you are unsafe, I recommend that you and the child move -- to a friend's place or look into a shelter. A shelter is not a great place to live but you will be safe and supported emotionally by the staff.
