Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
My sister had 3 children the oldest is 9 adopted my my parents the middle is 6 adopted by myself and the youngest is 3 who lives with his biological dad and my sis has terminated her rights to him... my question is do the siblings of the 3 yr old not have any rights to see there bro?

No, unless those rights were part of the court order when your sister's parental rights were terminated then you are not legal family anymore to that 3 year old child. Once mother's legal parental rights were terminated then her entire family line's legal rights are terminated with it. However, you might just call the Dad and see if he is willing to allow the children to see each other. You can't force him to do it but he might do it for his child to know his siblings.
