Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Want to help her

My sister needs legal aid to get a divorce and custody of her kids. Her husband is on the strongest form of anti-psychotic and can't work because of it, he is on social security and lives with his mom. They want custody of the kids who are scared of their dad. Is there anyone who can help her? She came to me for help and asking here is all I could do, Advice much apprieciated.
