my sister just went threw a divorce after 18 yrs she was ordered to move from her house by the courts for her own safety he then moved in the lady he was cheating with can my sister charge her rent ?

Your sister needs to talk to her attorney.

If she does not have an attorney, she definately needs to hire one.
