Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my sisters husband just left her with 3 kids a eviction notice and said he couldnt fit the 3 kids in so they went to houston and now he wants to take the kids back what can she do?

Say "NO!"

Tell her to call the Office of the Attorney General and get child support set up on her husband. They will do that. And she will get orders saying the kids live with her. The AG will do this for free.

If she can raise any legal fees at all, she would be better off with a private attorney because private attorneys work faster and can get temporary orders in place to stop him from stealing the children. For now, he has the same rights she does. Please help her get orders in place right away.
