Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
This is my situation i hold soul custody of my son and i lost my job and i am trying for aid such as tanf and food stamps but they told me i would need to file a child support case out on my sons mother my question is she dissapeared about a year ago is there a way to file abandoment on her or what would i need to do get her rights since we were suppose to share custody she would get him 3 days a week but his soul residents would be with me?

You can file a suit against her for termination of her parental rights (the Attorney General won't help you with this). You don't have to have her address before you sue her; you would serve her by publication.
