Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

this is the situation, been with a woman for about ten years and have two kids by her. for about six years now, we have not been together and lived in different homes but have made an agreement for joint custody on kids. my daughter is the age of fifteen and son at the age of eleven and now between my daughter and her mother have come up with the idea of trying to change agreement with the original plans of joint custody. back when we seperated we made the agreement as follows:kids were to go seven days with me monday-sunday and visa versa with mother. mother has never done as agreed and but has signed several hand written agreements to let me have full time custody of children. the final one being notirized and signed by both parties.as far as the children i stablized myself in a home for over the last five years meanwhile the mother moving consistly and not abidding to agreement. the status on children as far as school and other things that could be traced as back to me have been that way always since im the stable one. what can i do to keep kids with me and not have to do lots of desputes

All of these agreements are evidence in court, but none are binding on either party. You need a court order. You need to file a Petition Affecting Parent-Child Relationship. Your daughter will be able to tell the court her preference, but it is not binding on the judge.
