Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

Slander

I have proof my daughters father owes childsupport and medical. Childsupport is in the process of taking legal action. If i can prove he owes this money can he get me for slander or defimation of chariter if i post something about him on myspace? I live in texas. I see alot of sites from different states that mothers have went so far as to post there picture and how much they owe, and help to find them. Please help thank you
