Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

slander/divorce

I'm enlisted in the military and going through what has turned into an ugly divorce. My wife is calling my commanding officer and saying I am doing things that are absolutely false (like threatening her life) - just to try and get me into trouble. Is this slander and how should I handle it in relation to the ongoing divorce?

You could get a Temporary Restraining Order to prevent her from doing these things. good Luck.
