Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
Well i slept with a women almost two years ago and a child may have come of it. Well the woman was married at the time and she said her husband would claim the child as his own and take responsibilty for her. well he did and he signed the birth certificate. well the child is now a year and a half and her husband is divorcing her and he said he doesnt want to take care of that child anymore so she is now coming after me. She needs money and says i have to pay even though for almost a year and half her husband claimed this child as his own and even his family. I wanted to know is there anything i can do from her coming after me? Can she really just come after me now that she needs money?

Her coming after you ... you can't prevent this.
You should go down to the courthouse and get a copy of the divorce file. Everything.
As for her getting "retroactive child support" when another man (and woman!) have taken care of the child all along ... sounds like unjust enrichment to me. Depending on the Judge, you might not have to pay retro.
