Social Security Death Benefits to an Unborn Child

My boyfriend was killed in a motorcycle accident, but his parents deny that their son was the father of my unborn child. What are my next steps to prove paternity in an effort to qualify for Social Security benefits?

You will probably have to file a paternity suit and find some DNA (probably the hospital has it from his injuries - if he was treated). Otherwise, some hospital where he was treated at some point in his life has a tissue sample. Might be a good idea to find a Social Security lawyer. I know a good one.
