Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

sole conservatorship

If a parent has sole conservatorship because the other parent was in jail for assault during the divorce, what are the other parents rights as far as visitation and the ''standard posession order' if nothing was outlined about this in the divorce decree? the other parent has a criminal history and has been to jail for abusing the primary parent in front of the kids. thanks.
