i have sole custody and ex has not seen child in over 200 days, and child support payments have stopped. i have called and left texts and showed up at the metting place for visitations and he is never there.

If you have his address, write him a letter (paper letter - keep a copy - put a date on it) and tell him about the last time you brought the child to the meeting place ("I brought Rodney to the WalMart parking lot this past Friday at 7:00 pm, and we waited for 45 minutes, and you never showed up"), and tell him that you aren't going to make the trip again until you hear from him about his intentions.

And ask him what he plans to do about the child support.

You can start the application process so that they can enforce the child support order.
