if i have sole custody of a child. and the other parent has supervised visitation. can i refuse to let the non custodial parent touch the child during the visitation? - texas

That seems unreasonable. If they are playing or even coloring together, odds are they will touch. Plus, children like to hug and kiss people they know. I recommend that you talk to an attorney in your county for more guidance.
