Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have sole custody of my two children and my ex-husband was ordered to do supervised visits through Family Support Services, he has not seen the kids in over four months. Is there a time limit on him setting up his visitation?

Generally, a visitation order does not REQUIRE the ex-husband to exercise visitation. Unless your order provides otherwise, he could (conceivably) wait four more months, contact family support, and set up the visits then.
