Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I have sole custody of my daughters, I divorced in Ga and since moved to TX. I have a great job offer back Savannah and wan to return. Do I need court permission to return to the same jurisdiction if I never had it to move away? Ex also living in TX now. What will happen if I just move back? Will I be arrested?

Read your court order (the one that gives you sole custody). Is there a geographic restriction? If not, you can relocate anywhere you want to.

Nobody is going to be arrested.
