Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

We have sole custody of our minor child as ordered by the courts. We also have a permanent in junction on her. She has to prove to the courts things before being considered for supervised visits with minor child. Is there any way after 8 months that she can ask the courts for joint custody of child with out probably ng anything to the courts. And in 8 months could all charges be dropped from her . theft over 500. Theft under 300. Several drug charges.

I can't answer the criminal questions.

She can ask but if she hasn't done what the court asked her to do, I don't see how she would win.
