Legal Question in Family Law in Texas
I currently have sole custody of my 14 year old daughter, but she is residing with her father, as she chooses. He wants custody and I would like to know if he is awarded custody, will I have to pay childsupport even if I am unemployed? I am remarried, so will my current husband's income be considered?

If Dad gets custody, the Judge probably WILL require you to pay child support. He would probably base it on minimum wage times 40 hours per week.
No, your current husband's income will NOT be considered.
