Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I am the sole managing conserator for my 10 yr. old daughter, and her paternal grandmother is a possessory conservator with scheduled visitations throughout the year. That situation has been okay, with a few issues, that are now becoming worse. My daughter's biological father's parental rights were terminated a little over a year ago, and the grandmother, his mother, keeps telling my daughter that she will get to see him when he gets out of jail in October 2009; which is a BIG problem. And during my daughter's last visit to her grandmother's, her grandmother and her husband got into an altercation, where her husband pushed her into the wall in the hotel they were staying in, and put a huge hole in the wall. My 10 yr. old saw the whole thing and was very upset about it. I no longer feel comfortable allowing these visitations, but cannot afford to hire an attorney, and don't qualify for legal aid. I don't want to get into trouble for violating the court order, I have 3 children to take care of, but I CAN"T let my daughter go back. What can we do???
