if someones cell phone records are supoened for a divorce, what can they get from the phone? I mean can they bring up old texts? Can they retrieve conversations? anything u can tell me thanks

If the subpoena was directed at the phone compay, they might get old billing statements. They will not get text messages or recordings of phone calls. On top of that, the cell phone carriers routinely ignore these subpoenas.
