Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

I want my son back what should I do his father has custody of him?My criminal background is clean I dont use drugs it was a misunderstanding.Im in school I work I pay childsupport.If u can reply back I would appreciate it.

I assume that the custody order is at least a year old.

You would file a motion to modify the order, and you would allege that there has been a change in circumstances since the last order, and that a change of custody would be in the child's best interest. You would get Dad served, and then you would get ready for a fight.
