Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my son came back from visitation with his father,he had bruise in shape of handprint. when i asked him about it he stated his fathers girlfriend had grabbed him.i talked to his father about it and he refuses to believe our 3 year old son. its been over 2 months and he still states the same thing happened. i have asked my ex not to take him around her because im afraid she will harm him again but he refuses. what are my rights in this situation? im afraid to allow my son to go for i fear for his safety.

You can file a motion to modify the visitation to prevent the father from permitting her to be in his presence or you can request supervised visitation.
