Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My ex has a son by me and she doesn't care rather or not I see him, she is currently married and her husband has claimed fathership over her son, is there a way I can disown him and allow them to both raise him the way they see fit?

You will need an attorney that does adoptions. You will need to relinquish your parental rights and stepdad needs to adopt him. There may be some child support issues that you will want to resolve.
