Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son got a consultation from an attorney after his wife left. In the consultation, the attorney told him standard possession order would include him getting the kids on the 1st,3rd, and 5th weekend which would begin on Thurs nite and end Sun nite if the kids did not have school. They are 2 and 3 so they don't have school yet and are not in daycare on Fri. I know the law is a little different if they are under 3 but she will be 3 before summer. The attorney that he is using said S P O does not include them staying the nite on Thurs. Which is standard possession?

His schedule is whatever is in the order, whether it is the standard one or not. Some orders provide for one schedule until a certain age, then a different schedule. You son's attorney needs to help create a schedule that he likes, if that is possible. The standard possession order does not provide for Thursday visits during the summer.
