Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

My son.

A court order said i have to my boyfriend present when i have my daughter age(17)over to see my son age(10) , we are not on good terms , Can i go back to court and ask for someone else to be there while she visits,,its a long story,my ex has tried to take my son, and has taken me to court and this is what has come out of it, i have custody, but i have to be with my boyfriend And he is controlling and is draining me dry of money and my life,i really feel like he isnt the best for my son,he is good at convincing people of things ,so to me he did a snow job on the social worker, who said he should be there while she visits, but i can't prove it, all i know is behind close doors he threatens me and controlls every part of my life , tells me if don't do what he says he will have my son taken away, He is waiting outside my house all the time and tells me he is going to smash my car, and break in if i don't let him in,or call the cops and tell them i took an over dose,my neighbor is the only one who has seen and heard him do these things other than that i can't convince anyone that he does these things I cant take it anymore,if you could please just tell me if i can go back to court to see if they can appoint someone else? Thank you

Re: My son.

You have more serious problems here. You should engage an attorney to make a record of your neighbor's testimony regarding what your boyfriend is telling you. Then you need a restraining order against your boyfriend, then you use the basis for the restraining order to justify having some supervising adult, other than your soon-to-be ex-boyfriend, present when your daughter is there. Life is hard enough without some nut trying to control your life; so you need to take control back from him.
