My son decided to live with his Dad at 12 yrd. old. He is now 15 yrs. old and wants to live with me, his Mom. Can he move back with me?

If dad agrees it should not be a problem. If you do not get the decree modified, you need to get something in writing from him to show that you are not violating the custody provisions of the decree.

If you want to change the child support provision of the decree, or if dad does not agree, you will need go to court to get the decree modified.
