Legal Question in Family Law in Texas

my son who is divorced on the decree it says that he has a right to his kids medical records, but when he requested these since March 2010 they have been giving him the run around. Now my son is in prison and I have his power of attorney and need to know what can either one of us do. I have spoken to their attorney and he said he needed more paper work from their workers, but since March. What are our options.

My advice would be to send the medical provider (by certified mail, RRR) a certified copy of the decree, with a demand for the records, signed by him. They may require a nominal copy fee.
