my son and exgirlfreind share temp coustody the judge put in the documents they cant leave our county but she has took his daughter to oklahoma the police tell us they cant get involved so who can if they cant?

I assume that the Judge's order has been reduced to writing and signed.

I also assume that the move to Oklahoma is permanent (did the order say that the child can't leave the county at all? or can't leave the county to relocate?)

Your remedy is to sue her for contempt; she has violated a court order.
